My mother went into North Pacific to have a root canal procedure done. The procedure was completed and then we found out there was complications to the tooth itself. Because there is a bit of a language barrier, I called the staff at North Pacific on behalf of my mother. Charlotte and Maureen were very friendly and helpful. This office has great customer service! They were patient and listened to me as I explained everything the best I could. They relayed the message to Dr. Baker for me. I received phone calls from both Dr. Baker and Maureen. In the end, we found a solution found for my mother.

The staff was very efficient in getting me in to see Dr. Jeppson for a root canal immediately on an abscesses tooth. The staff is very friendly and courteous, and Dr. Jeppson and his assistant were very gentle and thoughtful and concerned about my comfort during the whole procedure. i recently required a root canal and was referred to NPE. I really did not know what to expect; therefore did not allow nerves to takeover my every thought prior to the procedure and thank goodness I did not waste that energy!!! Every effort was made to make me comfortable, from the moment I hit the front desk until my follow up phone call the next day. Dr Jeppson and his assistant explained everything being done to me and honestly I experience absolutely no pain or discomfort during the procedure and though I was told I may have some discomfort later that day or the next. Nothing held me up from my normal activities. By day 3, I had my crown placed and would never know there was an issue with that tooth.

I would recommend Dr. Jeppson, James, and the rest of the staff for a root canal or any other procedure. The only discomfort was minimal when I got the novacain or whatever he uses to deaden the area around the tooth.

Dr. Jeppson and his staff were just wonderful. I was so nervous about having a root canal. Dr. Jeppson asked about my concerns and answered all my questions. His assistant Erin explained everything as it was happening. It was completely painless and I was worried for nothing!! Dr. Jeppson and his staff were just lovely.
