My mother went into North Pacific to have a root canal procedure done. The procedure was completed and then we found out there was complications to the tooth itself. Because there is a bit of a language barrier, I called the staff at North Pacific on behalf of my mother. Charlotte and Maureen were very friendly and helpful. This office has great customer service! They were patient and listened to me as I explained everything the best I could. They relayed the message to Dr. Baker for me. I received phone calls from both Dr. Baker and Maureen. In the end, we found a solution found for my mother.
